1. Data controller
These sites are published by the company SARL Chacam (Le 3ème Cercle and L'École du 3ème Cercle), whose registered office is located at 20 rue de la Pierre Levée, 75011 Paris. For any question regarding your personal data: yl@3ecercle.fr.
2. What data we collect and why
- Quote request / contact (companies): company, first name, last name, email, phone and details of your project (number of participants, date, service requested, message). Purpose: respond to your request, prepare a quote and manage the business relationship. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures and legitimate interest.
- Booking / class registration (individuals): first name, last name, email, phone and order details. Purpose: manage your registration, your payment and the organisation of the class. Legal basis: performance of the contract.
- Audience measurement (if you consent): pages viewed, source, device type, via Google Analytics 4. Purpose: understand how the sites are used and improve them. Legal basis: your consent.
- Source of your visit (if you consent): campaign parameters (UTM) and ad-click identifiers, to measure the effectiveness of our marketing. Legal basis: your consent.
We do not collect any "sensitive" data and make no automated decisions. The Google reviews shown on the sites are read live from Google and involve no collection about you.
3. Cookies & trackers
No audience-measurement or marketing cookie is placed before your consent. When you arrive, a banner lets you accept or decline in one click; by default, nothing is enabled.
We use two categories of trackers: those that are necessary for the site to work properly (such as your booking cart), placed without consent; and those for audience measurement and marketing (Google Analytics), placed only if you consent. Your choice is kept for 13 months.
You can change or withdraw your choice at any time:
Shared consent across our two sites. Le 3ème Cercle and L'École du 3ème Cercle (3ecercle.fr and cours-de-cuisine-paris.fr) are published by the same company, SARL Chacam. To save you answering twice, the choice you make on one applies automatically to the other when you move between them. You can change it at any time on either site.
4. Recipients & processors
Your data is intended for the teams of Le 3ème Cercle. It may be processed by our technical providers acting on our behalf: our host, our payment provider Stripe (for online bookings) and Google (Google Ireland Ltd.) for audience measurement. A transfer outside the European Union may take place in this context, governed by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. We neither sell nor rent your data to third parties.
5. Retention period
- Quote requests, bookings and prospecting data: up to 3 years after the last contact.
- Contractual data and accounting records (invoices): for the applicable legal retention period (up to 10 years).
- Cookies and trackers: 13 months maximum; your consent choice: 13 months.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to, restrict and port your data, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise them, write to us at yl@3ecercle.fr (proof of identity may be requested). You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (the French data protection authority).
7. Security
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against any unauthorised access, alteration or disclosure (encrypted connections, restricted access, backups). Payments are secured by our provider; we do not store your bank card details.
