Take your place in our kitchen and discover the moves, the techniques and the secrets of a passionate chef.

From a menu improvised by Yannick Leclerc around the finest market produce, you are guided step by step through a meal that puts carefully chosen ingredients centre stage.

In a warm, inspiring atmosphere, you learn to cook with precision, confidence and creativity, before sharing the meal you prepared together.
